Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

Follow company regulations and EHS policies to ensure safety in daily work.
Lead and organize the on-site process audit for the new and existing suppliers, plan and perform regular QMS/product audit at suppliers to monitor supplier’s quality system performance, drive the continuous improvement in the quality process of supplier.
Lead new prototypes development, ensure sample parts and manufacturing processes meet company requirements.
Cooperate with assembly center and sales area for the supplier issues, quick response & problem solving, drive continuous improvement from suppliers for the NC findings and customer rejection.
Closely work with Sourcing on daily supplier’s quality performance, proactively assess and manage quality risks within the supply chain.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to suppliers to improve manufacturing processes, cost efficiency, and product quality.
Co-work with global quality to handle sorting activity and failure analysis for customer complaints, support global quality on rapid 8D response to satisfy customer.
Lead assessment/Deviation review with all stakeholders in both NPI and mass production phase, utilizing forward thinking to ensure the delivery quality.
Perform internal audit to support QMS maintenance.
Other tasks assigned based on business requirements.
