Business Controller

Location: Australia (Sydney, Perth, Brisbane)

Business Area: Rock Processing

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Flexibility: Working from Home options in line with Procedure

We’re looking for a Business Controller to partner with our Screening Division, providing financial insight that supports strong decisions, sustainable growth, and long‑term value creation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into insights, working closely with stakeholders, and influencing outcomes across a global organisation.

As Business Controller, you will play a key role in shaping financial transparency and performance across the Screening Division. By combining strong analytical skills with a collaborative mindset, you’ll help leaders understand what’s happening today and make informed choices for tomorrow.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide financial insight and analysis to support decision‑making across the Screening Division.
  • Deliver planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis, including OneStream close activities.
  • Support investment evaluations, strategic initiatives, and business planning.
  • Monitor costs, cash flow, and net working capital, identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Strengthen financial governance and partner with Group and regional stakeholders.

What you’ll bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in Finance or related field; CPA/CA preferred.
  • Proven experience in Business Control, FP&A, or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with a collaborative, commercially minded approach.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and OneStream.
  • Willingness to travel
