Inventory and Logistics Coordinator

About the Role:

Join a team where your ideas and leadership make a real impact. Based at our Narangba site and reporting to the Site Operations Manager - Brisbane, you’ll play a key role in managing inventory and logistics processes that keep our operations running smoothly. From import/export coordination to stock accuracy and on-time delivery, you’ll lead a supportive team and drive continuous improvements and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stocktakes, and investigations.
  • Coordinate import/export logistics, including container scheduling, supplier liaison, and freight management.
  • Manage export documentation and communication to meet sailing schedules and maintain delivery performance.
  • Ensure goods are received, stored, and dispatched safely and efficiently.
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

About You:

You’re a strong communicator and natural problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment. You bring strong knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and inventory management, along with proven leadership skills. You are proactive, customer-focused, and have excellent communication and organisational abilities. Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and import/export processes is highly regarded. A background in manufacturing and previous inventory experience will be an advantage.
