About the Role:

Based at our Narangba site and reporting to the Site Operations Manager - Brisbane, you’ll play a key role in managing inventory and logistics processes that keep our operations running smoothly. From import/export coordination to stock accuracy and on-time delivery, you’ll lead a supportive team and drive continuous improvements and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stocktakes, and investigations.
Coordinate import/export logistics, including container scheduling, supplier liaison, and freight management.
Manage export documentation and communication to meet sailing schedules and maintain delivery performance.
Ensure goods are received, stored, and dispatched safely and efficiently.
Lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

About You:

You’re a strong communicator and natural problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment. You bring strong knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and inventory management, along with proven leadership skills. You are proactive, customer-focused, and have excellent communication and organisational abilities. Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and import/export processes is highly regarded. A background in manufacturing and previous inventory experience will be an advantage.
