Sales Manager Balkans

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage sales of products and services to customers within an assigned geographical territory
  • Retain and grow business with existing customers and generate sales from new customers
  • Anticipate and understand customer needs and match them with our product offering to maximize customer value and sales profit
  • Collect and communicate relevant business and market intelligence to product and sales management by using the applicable systems
  • Searching for potential markets for DSI, identifying potential strategic clients, establishing and maintaining good business relationships with them
  • Preparing sales budgets and forecasts based on client, segment and product
  • Ensuring best possible profitability for the business based on market conditions

Our requirements

  • Over 3 years’ experience in a similar position in manufacturing industry / civil engineering
  • Concluded education in civil engineering, technical studies or related discipline
  • Strong understanding of customer service
  • Underground Mining Product technical knowledge required to provide technical advice to clients
  • Very good command of English, Serbian and Croatian
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
