Go-to-Market Lead - Toolhive

At Sandvik, we’re shaping the future of digital manufacturing – and we want you to be part of it. As our Go-To-Market Lead for Toolhive, you’ll join a cross-functional team that’s passionate about smart solutions, agile collaboration and making a real impact in the world of industrial tech.

Why join us?

Toolhive is a growing SaaS platform within our business area segment Machining and the Tool Flow Solutions division. We’re a global yet tight-knit team, focused on transforming how tooling data is used in manufacturing. Here, you’ll find a culture built on trust, initiative and collaboration. We value diversity and believe that different perspectives drive innovation. With us, you have the freedom to grow your career and contribute to meaningful projects!

About your job

In this role, you drive strategic product and feature launches that help us reach more users and deliver greater impact. You define commercial channels, build structured launch plans, align messaging, and make sure internal teams are ready to deliver consistent value to our customers. As the connector between Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success, you ensure every launch is smooth, impactful, and measurable.

You lead enablement efforts, develop positioning and value narratives, as well as tracking adoption and conversion metrics. You also monitor market trends and help shape pricing and packaging strategies. Whether it’s coordinating training, refining messaging, or optimizing the customer journey, you’re always focused on delivering results that drive growth.

The location for this position is preferably Stockholm, Sweden or Tübingen, Germany. We offer a hybrid work solution.

Your profile

You bring strong expertise in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or commercial product roles – ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. You’re skilled at translating technical features into business value and coordinating complex launches across multiple teams and channels. You know your way around CRM systems like HubSpot, marketing automation tools, and data analytics platforms. A background in industrial tech or a passion for exploring AI in sales and marketing is a big plus.

Being curious, structured, and commercially minded, you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy turning strategy into action. You communicate clearly, collaborate easily, and bring energy and ownership to everything you do. Last but not least, you’re always learning, always improving, and always focused on creating value for customers.

Our culture

Our role is clear – through every action, every day, we make the shift and advance the world through engineering. We believe in an inclusive, equal and open-minded culture, and we nurture our diversities to form a solid foundation for achieving great results. Add fair and rewarding benefits, as well as many different career options. Are you intrigued? Visit our website, LinkedIn or Facebook page to get to know us further.
