Join a global leader driving innovation in mining and construction, where safety, sustainability, integrity, and inclusion are woven into everything we do. As an L&D Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting employee development. This includes coordinating pre- and post-event activities, maintaining records, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with learning initiatives. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to support the delivery of engaging learning experiences that drive performance and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage course waitlists, process training requests, send invitations and joining instructions, and secure resources (trainer, venue, materials).
- Liaise with external vendors to ensure smooth delivery and meet course requirements.
- Collect feedback and provide learner support after training.
- Generate reports, monitor completion of compliance training, and maintain accurate records in Workday.
- Upload and maintain learning content on the intranet and SharePoint and manage program data.
- Track costs, manage invoices, and report on financial metrics.
- Support and engage employees in various learning programs and LinkedIn Learning applications.
About you:
You’re an organised, detail‑driven professional with a passion for learning and development. You thrive on juggling multiple priorities and keeping everything on track—from planning and logistics to reporting and compliance. With strong communication skills, you build great relationships with internal teams and external partners, and you’re confident using systems like Workday and SharePoint. Analytical by nature, you use data and feedback to make learning programmes even better. If you’re proactive, adaptable, and excited about creating engaging learning experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
