About the role:

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Logistics Officer to join our Operations team in Narangba. Reporting to the Inventory & Logistics Coordinator, this role is responsible for coordinating the smooth and efficient movement of inbound and outbound freight, supporting our commitment to achieving DIFOT performance of 95% and above.

You will be instrumental in ensuring all shipments are accurately prepared, safely loaded, and compliant with transport and WHS requirements. The role also includes planning daily dispatch activities, conducting load and documentation checks, and working closely with internal teams, drivers, and freight partners to maintain seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and verify loads, including creating load sheets, checking product quantities, ensuring compliance with load restraint regulations, and completing all required documentation.

  • Perform dispatch and delivery management, including planning daily dispatch needs, monitoring potential delays, and communicating issues to internal stakeholders.

  • Maintain workplace safety and compliance, ensuring all WHS procedures are followed, reporting abnormalities, and keeping a clean, organised work area in line with 5S practices.

  • Manage import and export documentation for international shipments.

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a customer‑focused mindset, and solid experience across transport, warehousing, or logistics environments. Knowledge of load restraint, chain of responsibility, and freight management processes will be highly regarded.
