About your job
You support the proposals and technical process – helping our front line choose the right solutions based on the customers’ needs. By identifying possibilities, you find innovative solutions, and you assist with process flow sheet simulations, layout drawings, proposals, and tenders. You provide technical competence in customer meetings to communicate potential business obstacles to the backline. You lead proposal work from start to finish, considering both commercial and technical aspects.
You work independently with great freedom under responsibility as you lead and develop the proposal work, while having internal stakeholders as support when needed. Working with global customers, your days include a variety of projects, cultures, and technical conditions.
The location for this position is Svedala and as most of our customers are located outside of Sweden, travel is a natural part of your job.

We're looking for someone with a relevant engineering degree such as mechanical, electrical or mining, combined with a broad technical and process understanding. You have experience in project methodology, sourcing and manufacturing processes, as well as proficiency in the Office 365 suite. Experience working internationally, within rock processing, and with CAD or CRM systems is beneficial. Good written and verbal English is needed, while skills in other languages are advantageous.
We value your curious and innovative spirit, together with your ability to drive change and create buy-in for new solutions among colleagues and stakeholders. You’re a communicative and collaborative team player, who also enjoys analyzing technical information. As a great listener with a business-savvy and analytical mindset, you understand underlying needs and can convert data into business opportunities.
