About the job
In this key role, you own your products from idea to market – connecting customer needs with business strategy and cross-functional execution. You work closely with teams across sales, quality, and R&D to keep our portfolio competitive and profitable.
Job responsibilities
- Analyze market and customer trends to ensure a future-ready product offering
- Develop and execute strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Engage directly with customers alongside Sales and Quality teams to uncover insights
- Drive strategic product initiatives and support pricing, go-to-market, and business cases
- Maintain documentation and master product data with accuracy and integrity
- Enable collaboration across teams to deliver innovative solutions
Location and flexibility
This role is ideally based at our headquarters in St. Martin, Austria. We’re also open to other locations in Europe or the US for the right candidate. It’s a global job with international travel.
Your profile
You’re passionate about tracking market trends and staying ahead of emerging technologies and industry standards, with a knack for turning insights into action.
You also bring:
- A degree in a technical or business field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics)
- Several years of hands-on product management experience, including methods, models, and strategy
- Experience in market analysis and sales
- Familiarity with agile ways of working and market research techniques
- Comfort working internationally across cultures and with global teams
- Fluency in written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus
You identify opportunities and strategically integrate them while maintaining a customer-focused mindset. Your analytical and problem-solving abilities are complemented by a data-driven approach, and you consistently demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
