Maintenance Coordinator - S3

The Role:
To align maintenance and planning processes in accordance with the targets set for the Asset Agreements.
Key Performance Areas:
Develop processes and procedures for maintenance planning and inventory control
Plan maintenance activities for each asset agreement
Provide input on Key Performance Areas to be measured per asset agreement
Provide input on component replacement forecast
Identify technical issues in data acquisition, processing, utilisation, assess and resolve any issues found
Determine the processing methodologies to best transform data into usable business intelligence
Identify technical issues in data acquisition, processing, utilisation, assess and resolve any issues found
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to effectively understand business processes, and translate technical information into coherent business information
Provide training and maintenance procedures for planning processes
Take reasonable care of own safety and that of others
Your Profile:
Grade 12/equivalent qualification
Trade certificate of competence would be advantageous
Maintenance Planning and Scheduling qualification would be advantageous
2 - 3 years’ experience in maintenance planning including inventory planning and management
Knowledge of maintenance fundamentals
Data analytics experience
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Trackless mining experience would be advantageous
Physical and medical ability to function in a mining environment
English proficiency
Computer literacy
Valid driver’s license
