Job Summary
To support the Human Resource Development (HRD) function through the design, automation, and management of digital systems and databases that enhance training administration, recordkeeping, and reporting efficiency. The incumbent will develop and maintain Power Platform applications, automate HRD workflows, manage eLearning deployment data, and analyze training metrics to enable data-driven decision-making across the Learning & Development function.
Job Description
Applies and integrates advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making (e.g. staffing, learning and development, talent management, diversity and human resource compliance).
- Develop and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions for HRD workflows.
- Create and manage SharePoint databases and dashboards.
- Maintain and troubleshoot systems to ensure continuity.
Collect, clean, and validate data from HRD systems.
- Develop Power BI dashboards
Support BBBEE and Skills Development reporting.
Administer and monitor eLearning on LMS.
- Maintain learner progress data.
- Generate compliance reports.
Identify HRD processes for automation.
- Design workflow automations using Power Automate.
- Streamline eDocs and SharePoint structures.
Analyze training trends and learner performance.
- Prepare reports and recommendations.
- Present actionable insights.
- Provide system support to HRD users.
- Liaise with IT for integration and troubleshooting.
- Conduct training on Power Apps and dashboards.
Profile Required
Essential Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7)
Preferred Majors: Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Information Technology, Industrial Engineering (Data focus).
Recommended Certifications: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900), Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300), SQL for Data Analysis.
