Costing Specialist
• To provide efficient handling of costing activities, the general accounting activities of branch.
• To ensure compliance with IFRS, local legislation and Sandvik processes and regulations in the accounting area.
Main Responsibilities
Develop the ways of working in costing and general accounting area.
Costing calculation and profitability check, including but not limited to standard costing, provision & accruals, inventory valuation, etc. to ensure all the cost items are timely booked and financial reports are accurately stated.
Monitor warranty, overdue, OSMI, claims, consignment stock, etc. and ensure accounting hygiene.
Support on implementation of group financial reporting policies and procedures on Division level.
Work closely with operation team to validate all the open projects as well as jobs and ensure the Orders / WIP are well tracked.
Performs general accounting activities of branch, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements and capital expenditure schedules.
Prepares, records, analyzes and reports accounting transactions and ensures the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles.
Conducts or assists in the documentation of accounting projects.
Special projects when required.

3+ years relevant work experiences, preferably from multinational company
Bachelor degree majored in Accounting / Finance or Equivalent work experience
