Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with essential regulations such as Trade Compliance, Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC), Competition Law, and Data Privacy.

  • Lead risk management initiatives to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, in alignment with Sandvik’s global standards.

  • Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of internal controls to meet compliance requirements.

  • Develop and deliver training programs that foster a culture of integrity and compliance across the organization.

  • Contribute to ESG and sustainability efforts, ensuring alignment with our core corporate values.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance or a similar field.

  • Experience: Solid experience in compliance, risk management, or governance.

  • Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Approach: A self-motivated, proactive individual who works independently and collaborates effectively with others.

  • Team Contribution: A willingness to contribute to the broader Finance team and support our shared goals.
