Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with essential regulations such as Trade Compliance, Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC), Competition Law, and Data Privacy.
Lead risk management initiatives to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, in alignment with Sandvik’s global standards.
Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of internal controls to meet compliance requirements.
Develop and deliver training programs that foster a culture of integrity and compliance across the organization.
Contribute to ESG and sustainability efforts, ensuring alignment with our core corporate values.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance or a similar field.
Experience: Solid experience in compliance, risk management, or governance.
Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Approach: A self-motivated, proactive individual who works independently and collaborates effectively with others.
Team Contribution: A willingness to contribute to the broader Finance team and support our shared goals.
