Build, Test & Release Orchestration Lead
Do you want to drive collaboration, simplify complex processes, and enable high-quality digital delivery? This is a great opportunity to shape how we work – guiding teams, aligning tools and processes, and ensuring that change happens smoothly, efficiently, and with impact.
Some words about us
We’re a global leader in mining and rock excavation, offering equipment, tools, service, and technical solutions that drive productivity and sustainability in the mining and infrastructure industries. With innovation at our core, we’re building a future where digital capabilities and agile thinking are key to our success. Join us and be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking culture where your ideas matter and your impact is global.
About your job
In this role, you lead the development and continuous improvement of how we build, test, and release digital solutions and business process changes. You bring together stakeholders from IT, process, and training to create a shared, end-to-end way of working that’s efficient, transparent, and high-quality. Coordinating global process templates, promoting the use of standard tools, and ensuring that teams across geographies are aligned and supported are also part of your mission. By coaching super users, testers, and release coordinators, you help them build capability and confidence.
You also drive process simplification, using Agile and DevOps principles to remove friction and improve flow. By setting up and monitoring key performance indicators – like lead times, test quality, and release cadence – you help us measure success and identify opportunities for improvement. This is a role where you guide rather than govern, and where your ability to influence and collaborate is key to making change happen.
You’re based in one of our key locations – Stockholm, Tampere, or Dublin. You’ll work in a hybrid setup, with flexibility to collaborate across borders and time zones.
Your profile
You have a strong background in digital delivery, testing, or release management, and you’re comfortable working across global teams and systems. You understand the value of process governance, and you know how to balance structure with flexibility. You’re experienced in Agile and DevOps ways of working, and you’re confident using metrics to drive performance. A degree-level education is expected, and you’re open to global travel when needed.
You’re a natural connector who thrives on collaboration. You listen, guide, and inspire others to adopt better ways of working. You’re curious, proactive, and solution-oriented – always looking for ways to improve. You’re comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity, and you know how to bring clarity and alignment across diverse teams. Most of all, you believe that great delivery is a team sport, and you’re ready to lead by example.
