About the Opportunity
The Business Process Training Specialist is responsible for developing, delivering and managing the training material, manuals, reference documents for use by end users and support sales area Service Operations key users and administrators with business process applications in Service operations.
This role is a full-time requirement, however Sandvik recognises the desire for flexible working options. Flexible employment arrangements include condensed working weeks, working from home, flexible start/finish times, etc.
This role is permanent full-time Monday to Friday and can be based out of our Milton, Perth or Heatherbrae offices.
Areas of Responsibility
The ideal candidate would possess the following:
- Develop, publish and continually improve global training in support of Service Operations systems and business processes
- Develop and publish Service System documentation as required, inline with current document taxonomy.
- Manage, support and promote Service Operations Super User network.
- Organize and host training sessions and webinars in collaboration with system specialists and local Super Users
- Review and improve training approach pedagogy.
- Conduct on-site training on Service Systems and related business processes (including Maximo, ERP system and other related applications)
- Develop and manage e-learning materials
- Provide systems and process training to support Maximo, and other system implementation projects
About you
You are a practiced Learning & development Professional, with a Cert IV in Training and Assessment a distinct advantage. You are able to work with provided technical information and be comfortable delivering to groups, either virtually or in a classroom environment. You can develop and manage training materials and work with key stakeholders to promote the most effective use of the systems. Exposure to Maximo or Aurora is not essential but would be highly regarded.
You are able to work in an international environment with multicultural colleagues, you are adaptable and flexible, and passionate about working in an organisation that promotes learning. You are a clear communicator and have strong interpersonal skills. You are able to drive change able to identify customer needs through effective questioning and communication
