Events & Marketing Coordinator – Milton, Brisbane
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an Events & Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of our annual program of events and marketing initiatives across the AUNZ region. In this role, you will help bring to life product launches, trade shows, conferences and internal events that strengthen customer engagement and reinforce Sandvik’s brand presence. Working collaboratively with stakeholders and external partners, you will contribute to event planning, marketing execution and high-quality event delivery that supports our commercial and customer objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery of internal and external events, including product launches, customer functions, trade shows and conferences.
- Support event planning, scheduling and logistics to ensure professional and seamless execution.
- Research and coordinate venues, suppliers and event partners to support high-impact outcomes.
- Prepare and organise event collateral such as invitations, signage, presentations and promotional materials.
- Support digital and traditional marketing activities including campaign coordination and internal communications.
- Assist with the preparation of branded materials, presentations and marketing assets aligned with global guidelines.
- Maintain marketing collateral libraries and content resources.
- Contribute to reporting, performance insights and post-event evaluations.
About you:
You will thrive in this role if you are organised, proactive and passionate about delivering memorable event and marketing experiences. You bring strong communication skills, an eye for detail and the ability to coordinate multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
You will also bring:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Events or similar.
- At least 2 years’ experience in coordinating events or marketing activities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and confidence working with internal and external partners.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and marketing platforms.
