YOUR MISSION
As Test Automation Engineer, you are responsible for designing automation tests. Test Automation Engineers' duties include designing automation scripts and finding solutions for automation problems. You should also be committed to developing skills to provide up-to-date solutions.
Key Responsibilities
The Test Automation Engineer will be responsibilities are as follows.
- Design, implement, and execute automated test suites using Robot Framework, Selenium, and Python scripting.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test specifications, test cases, and test scripts for web-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Strong skills in database testing, writing SQL queries, and performing data validation.
- Should be able to debug and solve problems independently
- Should be proactive, and capable of learning quickly, allowing them to take on responsibilities with minimal guidance.
YOUR PROFILE
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience into Automation testing. With strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery. Proficient in identifying test scenarios, creating reusable automation scripts, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines
Technical Expertise:
- Hands-on experience in Robot Framework
- Advanced coding skills on Python (Must Have)
- Experience working with modern IDEs like PyCharm or VS Code for efficient code development and debugging.
- Good working experience on RESTful API & web application testing (Must Have)
- Good experience in Selenium (Must Have)
- Proficiency in using Git for version control and collaboration within a team environment
- Experience in ALM tools like Polarion/JIRA/Azure Devops
- Experience in configuring CI/CD pipelines
- Target environment, Web & desktop applications

- Should be self-motivated, flexible & able to handle agile ceremonies
- Critical thinker and good problem-solver

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
