Your mission
In this position, you will act as a key driver of process excellence across Machining Logistics, ensuring that our end-to-end processes become a competitive advantage. You will be responsible for developing, improving, and implementing scalable logistics processes across our global network. Acting as a trusted partner to stakeholders, you will ensure that improvements are aligned with business needs, deliver measurable value, and support our long-term strategy.
A key focus of this role is to translate the Machining Logistics 2030 strategy into practical process development roadmaps, while strengthening digitalization, standardization, and continuous improvement across the organization.
In this position, you report to the Head of Strategy & Logistics Development. Working across regions and functions is a natural part of the role.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of end-to-end logistics processes across Machining Logistics
- Translate strategic priorities into concrete roadmaps, business cases, and implementation plans
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across divisions, distribution centers, and partner functions
- Act as gatekeeper in the business change request process, ensuring focus on high-impact initiatives
- Lead process investigations, design, and implementation with clear governance and KPIs
- Leverage data analytics to support fact-based decision-making and monitor performance
- Promote digitalization, standardization, and best-practice sharing across the logistics network
- Turn external trends and new ideas into practical and scalable process improvements
Your profile
You bring strong experience in supply chain or logistics development, combined with a structured and data-driven mindset. You are driven and comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment and are able to translate strategy into concrete improvements.
You likely have:
- A university degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, or business administration
- Proven experience in process development, project management, or supply chain improvement
- Strong analytical skills and ability to build business cases
- Experience working in a global and matrix organization
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
- A strong interest in digital tools, automation, and data driven ways of working
