Sales Director – Eastern Europe

Let’s talk about the job

In this position, you set the strategic direction for our sales activities in the area, ensuring alignment with global targets, initiatives, and marketing plans. You drive the global strategy on a regional level and ensure a purpose-driven, innovative, and digital growth direction that maximizes customer value. A solid brand portfolio and a well-balanced product mix, tailored to local market needs, are your cornerstones. By staying close to market trends, you gather key insights and continuously refine the local business plan to improve delivery, profitability, and efficiency, while prioritizing areas for development and growth. You report to VP Sales and are a valued member of our management team.

You’re a role model when it comes to increasing sales, as you actively build and maintain your relationship with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Backed by global sales processes and modern digital tools, you grow our sales tactics by selling high volumes.

Other important items on your agenda are:

  • Leading and inspiring our large sales organization within Eastern Europe of about 60 people, bringing awareness of our Dormer Pramet culture and values.
  • Creating great cross-functional collaborations.
  • Driving synergies and sharing best practices to keep improving – according to both market trends and internal strategies.

Location and flexibility

The location is flexible within Europe, with a preference for some Eastern Europe location. Some travel is included in the job.

And what about you?

You have comprehensive experience in technical product sales and customer interfaces in a global setting, as well as a relevant degree in an area such as Sales, Business Administration or Engineering. Experience in marketing and the industry is valued, and you understand our business, products, and culture. Your background includes leading large organizations, setting bold targets, and building driven, inclusive, and forward-thinking teams – delivering results and improvements.

We’re truly passionate about your personality! You’re curious and eager to explore new possibilities, especially in automation and digitalization, while staying on top of market trends. With change management skills and the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders, you combine strategic thinking with hands-on action to drive customer value and competitiveness. You also build strong, trustworthy relationships and communicate confidently in English, additional regional languages are beneficial.
