Senior Field Marketing Manager China

Are you a results-driven marketer with a passion for driving growth?
We’re looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to bring our global marketing strategy to life in China, one of the world’s most dynamic and fast-evolving markets. In this role, you’ll execute strategic marketing initiatives locally, including delivering engaging events or shaping localized digital campaigns across channels like WeChat and Baidu. You will collaborate closely with our global Brand, Marketing & Communications Team, sharing local insights and occasionally contributing to global projects outside of China.

Key responsibilities

  • Local digital activation: Tailor global campaigns and initiatives for the Chinese market, utilizing local platforms such as WeChat and Baidu, or own web channels, to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Content creation: Own the development of localized content and campaign assets for China, working closely with global teams and external partners to ensure quality, consistency, and market relevance.
  • Events: Create engaging premium experiences through webinars, industry events and trade shows that strengthen customer relationships and drive commercial impact.
  • Sales partnership: Partner with local sales team to capture customer insights and accelerate business growth through targeted programs and partner collaboration. Share customer insights into the wider global marketing team.
  • Performance analysis: Use data and performance insights to measure results, identify opportunities, and continuously optimize to maximize impact.
  • Vendor management: Build and manage relationships with local agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality execution across marketing initiatives.

Key skills & requirements

  • Experience: Strong track record from B2B technology, manufacturing or similar industry marketing, with experience from collaborating cross-functionally in a global company.
  • Digital expertise: Proficiency in Web, WeChat, Baidu Analytics and Chinese digital advertising platforms.
  • Language: Fluency in Mandarin and strong business-level English skills are essential for this role.
  • Tactical thinking: Ability to turn broader marketing goals into focused, localized plans that deliver results.
