About the Opportunity
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Rock Tools Commercial, Operations and Sales teams, including data entry, data analysis, invoicing, reporting, and assisting with stock take processes.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on EHS compliance
- Complete daily data processing and prepare reports and dashboards as required
- Continuously improve data entry and reporting processes within the Rock Tools Management database to ensure accuracy and value
- Build relationships and liaise with customers to support monthly invoicing
- Coordinate monthly invoicing, including accruals and reconciliations
- Develop and maintain procedural documentation for Rock Tools contract processes
- Create and update templates and forms (e.g. stock management, run sheets) for the Rock Tools team
About you
You’re an experienced administrator with strong Excel and data processing capabilities, and a proven ability to produce accurate, meaningful reports. Exposure to ERP systems (Aurora preferred) will be highly regarded, along with advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office. You bring excellent communication skills and are confident working across multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally. You take pride in delivering a high level of customer service and have a strong understanding of customer business processes, enabling you to support invoicing, reporting and operational requirements effectively. You are organised, detail-focused, and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and consistency in your work.
