Main Responsibilities:
- Execute company & purchasing strategy and policies.
- Release and adjust purchase orders according to the production demand.
- Track the execution progress of purchase orders and handle abnormal issues (such as delays and quality problems).
- Be responsible for the planning and control of material inventory, as well as the analysis and handling of OSMI.
- Monitor the consumption of materials, formulate replenishment strategies, set safety stock standards and make dynamic adjustments.
- Establishment and maintenance the main parameters of ERP.
- Import BOM according to the production plan requirements and maintain the existing BOM in the ERP.
- Based on the material inventory and order situation, provide exact suggestions and assist the relevant departments in determining the machine order delivery date.
- Work together with related department on materials status.
- Cooperate with Finance for the invoice.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Qualifications:
- Above more than 5 years’ work experience in related purchasing field, working experience in large machinery manufacturing enterprises is a plus.
- Self-motivator, and willingness to work under pressure.
- PC skills, ERP experience.
- Fluent in English speaking and written.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- EHS and quality awareness.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical design or engineering background preferred..
