Technical Support Manager – Parts Specialists & Sales Tools

What if your next role combined strategic impact, global collaboration, and hands-on innovation? At business area Rock Processing, we’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of leadership and technology—someone who’s ready to shape the future of service support and sales enablement.

Your new team

We’re a tight-knit, forward-thinking group supporting Sandvik’s Crushing Solutions division. A unique blend of people leadership and digital ownership, all within a culture that values collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

Your mission
This hybrid role is all about balance—between strategic oversight and operational excellence. Half the time, you lead a team of four specialists within our Parts Specialist function, ensuring everything from product launches to logistics runs smoothly. The other half is spent working hands-on with operational work – currently focused on our Sales Tool system – with flexibility to take on other evolving priorities that support our global sales.

Expect to:

  • Guide and grow a high-performing team
  • Ensure spare parts readiness for new product launches
  • Secure relevant master data correctness and governance
  • Own and improve the Sales Tools platform
  • Align systems with business goals and user needs
  • Collaborate across functions to drive innovation and efficiency

Location

This role is based in Sweden, with flexibility to work remotely part of the time.

Your profile
You bring strong leadership and a deep understanding of spare parts logistics and service operations. You’ve worked with digital tools or systems—ideally in a technical or sales context—and know how to align tech with business strategy. Communication and stakeholder management come naturally, and you’re committed to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

Curious, collaborative, and proactive—you’re someone who sees challenges as opportunities. You thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy leading others, and love making systems smarter and more user-friendly.

Our culture

At Sandvik, we’re tech driven, innovative and entrepreneurial. We believe that success is a team effort so we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive culture where people can be themselves and reach their full potential. So, we invest in supporting each other, learning together and celebrating our differences. Visit our stories hub, LinkedIn or Facebook to get to know us further.
