Strategy Manager
Are you ready to drive transformation and shape the future of our business? At Dormer Pramet, we are looking for a visionary Strategy Expert who embodies going the extra mile to inspire teams and create a meaningful impact. As a Strategy Expert, you will lead strategic initiatives, foster innovation, and drive sustainable growth.
About the role
We are seeking a driven and hands-on Strategy Expert to join our global Strategy team at Dormer Pramet, reporting directly to the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to roll up their sleeves and make strategy happen—turning ideas into action across a truly global industrial business.
This is not a back-office strategy job. You will be part of a dynamic team that plays a central role in implementing our Strategy 2030. You will act as an extended arm of the VP of Strategy and Business Development, working closely with leaders across markets and functions to drive execution, solve problems, and clear roadblocks.
We’re looking for someone who is excited by the engineering and manufacturing industry, passionate about digital transformation, and ready to work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and change.
Key responsibilities
- Support Strategy Execution: Ensure the global strategy is well understood and consistently implemented across regions and functions.
- Drive Strategic Initiatives: Manage workstreams in areas such as go-to-market strategy, pricing, digital, portfolio optimization, and growth acceleration.
- Problem Solving & Delivery: Tackle business challenges with structured problem-solving, data-driven insights, and follow-through to resolution.
- Project Management: Plan, track, and drive progress on cross-functional and cross-regional projects—ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality are met.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Collaborate with commercial, product, operations, and digital teams to embed strategy into day-to-day actions.
- M&A Involvement: Support commercial due diligence, integration preparation, and post-merger project coordination where relevant.
- Communications & Reporting: Prepare clear updates, presentations, and recommendations for senior stakeholders, including the Executive Team.
