We are now recruiting for a HR Generalist (Hybrid) - for a permanent term role in our Dublin Office.

JOB PURPOSE

The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive day-to-day HR support to managers and employees, ensuring the consistent application of HR policies and compliance with Irish employment law. This role partners closely with the HR Manager on national HR projects and initiatives that align with local business strategy, while leading employee relations processes, advising managers on performance and workforce planning, and supporting compensation, benefits, and engagement programs. The HR Generalist also contributes to building a positive workplace culture through effective communication, training, and development, while maintaining accurate HR records and mentoring other HR team members.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures
  • Assist HR Manager on national HR projects and initiatives that align with the local business strategy
  • Overseeing HR policies and employee relations, ensuring compliance with Irish employment law and best practices.
  • Support & lead employee relations cases.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards.
  • Support compensation and benefits activities, including annual reviews and benchmarking.
  • Prepare and process HR Related documentation efficiently and accurately.
  • Develop communications, training and guidance materials to promote best HR practices and compliance.
  • Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and culture-building.
  • Mentor and support HR team members
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports
  • Other adhoc duties as requested by management

Experience

  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience with HR systems, data driven reporting and process improvement.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a HR generalist or equivalent role
  • Proven experience handling employee relation cases

Education, Licenses & Certificates

  • HR/Business degree; CIPD qualification (or working towards) highly desirable
