Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions is a business area within the Sandvik Group and a global leading supplier of equipment and tools, parts, service, digital solutions and sustainability-driving technologies for the mining and construction industries. Application areas include rock drilling, rock cutting, loading and hauling, tunneling and quarrying. In 2021, sales were approximately 41.4 billion SEK with about 15,500 employees.
The Parts & Services Division drives the aftermarket business, keeping customers’ fleet on track with needed services, solutions and parts and the Division is represented in more than 30 countries with more than 6,500 employees around the world.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will take responsibility for the content development, update, and delivery of “end-user” Business Systems training to Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions employees for all our Sales Areas worldwide. The training content will cover the usage of our major IT applications used in our Service Operations. The Business Process Training Specialist IT Systems will have a central focus on working with Key User groups which are working in these Systems and focus on supporting them in accurate use of the systems in context of the Business processes defined. Next to this you interact also continuously with the Service Operations team members and the Divisional Competence Development team.
Your Mission
We're looking for a candidate with a relevant University degree and a strong working knowledge of Infor System21 & Maximo, particularly in Distribution or Service/Job management areas. Experience with similar large ERP or Asset Management systems will be highly valued.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management abilities to build successful relationships internally and externally. Integrity, honesty, and a commitment to safety are non-negotiable. As a role model within our organization, you'll prioritize safety and uphold our values.

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience Sought

  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Office applications, MS-Word and PowerPoint essential;
  • Development of training material in both hard print and e-learning environments;
  • A high level of confidence in the ability to present to a group of 10-20 people in a structured manner – in a classroom as well as virtual;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to apply them at all levels of the organization;
  • Ability to work in a local and remote virtual team environment;
  • End-to end process way of working;
  • Developing systems and user documentation;
  • Project Management or Change Management experience;
  • Adobe Captivate Prime and Adobe Creative Cloud;
