Projektledning

Project Lead – Toolhive

At Sandvik, we’re shaping the future of digital manufacturing – and we want you to be part of it. As our Project Lead for Toolhive, you’ll join a cross-functional team that’s passionate about smart solutions, agile collaboration and making a real impact in the world of industrial tech.

Why join us?

Toolhive is a growing SaaS platform within business area segment Machining – Tooling and Factory Solutions. We’re a tight-knit team working across Sweden and Germany, focused on transforming how tooling data is used in manufacturing. Here, you’ll find a culture built on trust, initiative and collaboration. We value diversity and believe that different perspectives drive innovation. With us, you have the freedom to grow your career and contribute to meaningful projects!

About your job

In this role, you take responsibility for internal projects that drive Toolhive forward. You plan and coordinate overall activities, manage delivery workflows and keep our task boards and timelines on track. You’re the go-to person for organizing team meetings, resolving blockers, and ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders. From risk and budget oversight to change management and post-project evaluations, you’re there every step of the way – bringing structure, clarity and momentum.

The location for this position is either Stockholm, Sweden or Tübingen, Germany. We offer a hybrid work solution.

Your character

You have a bachelor's degree in Product Design, Digital Marketing, Engineering or a similar field. This is combined with a couple of years’ experience in project or product management – ideally in Saas or industrial tech. You’re comfortable with tools like Jira, Trello Aha and Microsoft Suite, and you know your way around agile methods. Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD is a plus, and if you’ve worked on marketing projects before, it’s even better. Acting in a global environment calls for excellent skills in English.

You’re proactive, structured and thrive in a fast-paced, partly remote environment. You communicate clearly, collaborate easily, and stay curious about new tech and user needs. You value trust and cooperation and are always looking for ways to improve how teams work together.

Our culture

At Sandvik, we’re tech driven, innovative and entrepreneurial. We believe that success is a team effort, so we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive culture where people can be themselves and reach their full potential. So, we invest in supporting each other, learning together and celebrating our differences. Visit our stories hub, LinkedIn or Facebook to get to know us further.
