Sales Support Associate - temporary contract
First interface to customer to provide world class customer service to both existing and prospective customers.

To be prepared for this, and to ensure that our expertise is aligned with our customer needs, we’re now looking for a talented Sales Support Associate for CCE markets: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Hungary and Romania. It is a temporary contract for a period of 7 months with the possibility to extend it further based on performance and workload.
Your challenge
In this position, your overall mission is to provide world class customer service experience to both existing and prospective customers.
You take full ownership of the order-to-delivery process, securing the execution of commercial support to fulfill customer’s satisfaction’s expectations.
You act as the first interface with customers handling calls and emails to collect requests, queries and enquiries, building and maintaining excellent customer relationships to achieve sales objectives and improve the sales efficiency.
You manage the order entry process and handle possible enquiries through Sandvik Coromant integrated systems as EBP, MS Dynamics, and our Case Management System, enhancing our digital environment by efficiently adopting our applications and database and acting as an ambassador for their proper usage.
Amongst the possible queries you support the business with offers, quotations and stock availability information for standard products, secure data quality within our systems, monitor order progress, and secure billing and delivery activities, and related administration.
You are able to support and drive Shop Online and e-Commerce solutions by providing assistance and instructions to customers on our self-service processes.
Your character & skills:
We’re looking for someone with a Customer Service experience or aptitude, possibly gained in a global industry. You know how to create relationships and to communicate positively and effectively with internal and external customers, with a positive mindset and approach. As we work in an international setting, you have excellent skills in English, both written and verbal, and any of the languages related to the CCE markets.
You have a disposition in digital applications, with good experience and skills in ERP system SAP and Microsoft 365. Microsoft Dynamics CRM knowledge welcomed
B2/C1 English required
Other languages (Bulgarian, Slovak, Romanian, Czech, Hungarian or Slovenian) will be a great additional asset
