About the Opportunity

As an HR Advisor, you’ll be a key partner in driving smooth and efficient HR operations. In this role, you’ll manage employee information, support all stages of the employee lifecycle, and ensure our people processes run seamlessly. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help maintain accurate records, enhance HR systems, and deliver outstanding support to both employees and leaders across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Act in alignment with Sandvik’s EHS Vision and the Sandvik Way, ensuring safety, compliance, and organisational integrity.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing consistent guidance and support to employees and managers.
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR data within Workday.
  • Oversee key employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, leave, flexibility, and exit processes.
  • Support performance, merit, and bonus processes, and assist with employee surveys and visa applications.
  • Prepare HR documentation and reports, and coordinate with Payroll and other teams on employee-related matters.
  • Contribute to HR projects, communications, and initiatives that drive engagement and continuous improvement

About you

You’ll ideally hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with experience across HRIS management, employee relations, and HR administration. You’ll be confident training and supporting managers and employees on HR systems and processes and bring strong communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You’ll have the ability to manage multiple priorities, handle sensitive information with discretion, and apply critical thinking to solve problems. A collaborative and adaptable approach, high attention to detail, and a proactive mindset will help you deliver exceptional service and support to internal customers while maintaining accuracy in HR records and reporting
