Your Role: Master Data Specialist/Analyst.

To Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions and our Stationary Crushing and Screening division, we’re now looking for a Master Data Specialist/Analyst.

Your job

Develop, manage and maintain high quality master data to enable operational efficiency across all Screening solutions locations globally.
Assist with Development and implementation of a master data roadmap to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of master data as per master data governance guidelines and policy.
Provide mentoring, coaching and advice to all data stakeholders to drive awareness, engagement and uplift in support of a data-driven culture.
Engage in meetings to validate data and liaise with key stakeholders.
Build business partnerships and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
Manage requirements including auditing, reviewing, cleansing and creating master data.
Monitor and execute master data requests to create, change or delete master data within agreed turnaround times.
Carry out periodic quality checks to ensure master data quality as per internal quality processes and data definition guidance.
Produce reports and/or metrics for data elements of assigned projects as required.
Contribute to continuous improvement in all necessary systems, processes and procedures in delivery of master data projects.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of techniques and best practices appropriate to master data management.
Create and keep up to date key procedures, guidelines, tools and templates related to how we run Master data function at Screening solutions.
Utilize knowledge of Teamcenter PLM and HS (Harmonized System) custom codes and Export Control classification to support accurate material creation, classification, and global compliance within master data processes.

The location for this position is Pune, Dapodi.

Your character

We’re looking for someone with a 5+ of experience in a core master data management role and industry and we believe that you have a university degree in a relevant field or have gained equivalent knowledge from work experience.
Significant experience working within master data management including master data cleansing projects preferably utilizing SAP ERP, SAP MDG and similar systems.
Excellent capability of MS Office and particularly Excel, and also Database and Business intelligence reporting software such as Power BI.
Deep experience with Equipment hierarchy, Bills of Materials and drawings / tech specs ideally within SAP and Teamcenter.
A high competence and passion to use data to drive projects and reporting with demonstrated initiative to identify further master data improvement opportunities.
Manage Master Data requirements and utilize SAP knowledge to ensure data health.
Extensive experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders to influence organizational outcomes.
You will appreciate the need for quality data and have exceptional attention to detail.
Knowledge of Team centre PLM & HS custom codes is desirable.
