EMEA Head of Supply Chain

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Logistics).
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics in a multinational environment.
  • Proven experience managing regional or global supply chain operations.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Solid knowledge of trade compliance, localization strategies, and risk management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supply Chain

  • Design and implement the supply chain structure for the EMEA region.
  • Lead and execute the regional supply chain strategy aligned with global standards.
  • Develop and manage regional sourcing strategies with global operations.

Compliance, Risk & Continuity

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and support localization initiatives.
  • Set up risk mitigation and business continuity plans for critical materials and logistics.

Procurement & Sourcing

  • Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management.
  • Manage supplier performance across quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability metrics.

Logistics Management

  • Oversee warehousing, transportation, distribution, and trade compliance with PU collaboration.
  • Ensure reliable and cost‑efficient logistics that meet SLAs and OTIF targets.

Inventory & Planning

  • Drive inventory control, safety stock, replenishment, and planning accuracy improvements.

Digital Tools

  • Implement ERP and Power BI solutions to enhance transparency and performance tracking.

Leadership

  • Build and develop procurement, logistics, and planning teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Distribution Centres

  • Establish and manage EMEA distribution centres in line with the supply chain strategy.
