EMEA Head of Supply Chain

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

University degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Logistics).
5+ years of leadership experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics in a multinational environment.
Proven experience managing regional or global supply chain operations.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Proficiency with ERP systems and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Solid knowledge of trade compliance, localization strategies, and risk management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supply Chain

Design and implement the supply chain structure for the EMEA region.
Lead and execute the regional supply chain strategy aligned with global standards.
Develop and manage regional sourcing strategies with global operations.

Compliance, Risk & Continuity

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and support localization initiatives.
Set up risk mitigation and business continuity plans for critical materials and logistics.

Procurement & Sourcing

Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management.
Manage supplier performance across quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability metrics.

Logistics Management

Oversee warehousing, transportation, distribution, and trade compliance with PU collaboration.
Ensure reliable and cost‑efficient logistics that meet SLAs and OTIF targets.

Inventory & Planning

Drive inventory control, safety stock, replenishment, and planning accuracy improvements.

Digital Tools

Implement ERP and Power BI solutions to enhance transparency and performance tracking.

Leadership

Build and develop procurement, logistics, and planning teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Distribution Centres

Establish and manage EMEA distribution centres in line with the supply chain strategy.
