Sales Concept Engineer - Projects (P3)

The Role:
The Sales Concept Engineer – Projects is responsible for assist to driving sustainable growth within the ETO business in Crushing and Screening business by developing customer relationships, identifying value-adding solutions (concept drawings), and delivering profitable project sales in line with Sandvik’s commercial, risk, and governance frameworks
Key Performance Areas:
Conceptual layout designs in3D and 2D drawings
Identify opportunities to sell Sandvik total crushing and screening ETO offerings
Manage tender to contract signature with account management, regional managers and EPCM Manager
Lead ETO sales management process and continuous improvement of the process
Conduct competitor analysis on ETO solutions
Develop deep understanding of customers business, operations and processes
Ensure contract terms and conditions are in place
Ensure equipment ETO configuration matches customer needs and work technically
Create customer value propositions to proactively create opportunities for Sandvik
Support tendering and project execution
Communicate documentation status to stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement of documentation processes.
Key results area:
On Time conceptual drawings and layouts of ETO proposals to customers.
Integrates all ETO equipment and structures to meet module target specifications and technology target specifications
Utilizes CAD and other programs (Computer Aided Design) systems to model new ETO layouts and principle concepts
Collaborates with internal manufacturing partners, contract manufacturers, designers and product
Ensures compliance with established industry safety and design standards and guidelines
ETO and R&D global resources can be shared across teams on a case-by-case basis to support both regional and global functions based on workload and agreement between departmental managers
On‑time and accurate project documentation delivery to all stakeholder
Documentation compliance and audit readiness of the project plans and execution
Timely project plans and reports for the customer
Project risk mitigation implementation and small project advancement proposals
Stakeholder satisfaction

To be able to work with numbers and figures and to subtract, add, multiply, divide, put together, classify or to get involved in any way of assessing numbers and figures at wide and diverse levels of difficulty or complexity and to produce an outcome or outcomes which are logical or could be seen/accepted to make sense.
Your Profile:
Grade 12 with a tertiary certified drawing qualification.
N6 in mechanical engineering or higher
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field
5+ years 3D CAD modelling and AutoCad drafting experience or actual metallurgical plant experience.
Preferably in Siemens NX or SolidEdge.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent in English, additional languages are an added benefit.
Other requirements:
National and international travel as required
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
