About your job

As Global Change Leader, you play a pivotal role in steering our Lean transformation across a global production landscape. You are responsible for embedding a culture of continuous improvement into the fabric of our daily operations—partnering with production units and senior leadership teams worldwide. You evolve and sustain the Sandvik Coromant Production System, ensuring it is strategically aligned and delivers measurable business outcomes. You architect and implement high-impact training programs, coach leaders and teams, and cultivate an environment where improvement is a shared mindset and a strategic imperative. You also establish robust mechanisms to track and evaluate the impact of Lean initiatives—because what gets measured gets improved.

The location for this position is preferably Gimo, however, Sandviken could also be an option. International travel may occur.

About you

You bring proven experience leading Lean transformations in manufacturing or industrial settings and know how to build a culture of continuous improvement. You’re fluent in Lean tools like SMED, Kanban, TPM, 5S and Value Stream Mapping. You hold a degree in industrial or mechanical engineering, production or operations management, or the equivalent hands-on experience. A Lean Six Sigma certification is a big plus, and other certifications in operational excellence, change management or leadership development is also beneficial. Acting in a truly global environment calls for excellent English skills, verbally and in writing.
