HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and training initiatives.
- Administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with all local employment laws and company policies.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Handle employee relations issues with tact, fairness, and confidentiality.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management as required.
- Assist regarding global and regional EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) initiatives and BAU tasks as necessary.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- 2–5 years of HR experience preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, employment legislation and local labour laws
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
