“We need to develop new products and be creative every day. Being a technology leader, that´s a must for us,” says Irantzu, who used to study the product catalogues from Sandvik Coromant at home in Bilbao, Spain.

Now she takes part in developing new grades for future catalogues – when she´s not busy preparing a delicious Basque meal.
