Work description

  • Locate relevant and fact-based data for our production.
  • Build a digital twin of the production flow using Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.
  • Present statistical analysis to optimize material handling, flow, machine utilization, delivery precision etc.
  • Based on the analysis, give suggestions for activities to reduce lead time, work in progress, bottlenecks etc.

You will have a dedicated team of production engineers who will support you in this thesis project.
