Your responsibilities

• Controlling all aspects of ordering from raising initial purchase orders, sending to suppliers and delivery of stock into NAV
• Administering order acknowledgements/confirmations including follow up and to take actions on deviations from purchase orders
• Giving purchasing support to internal users
• Identifying, preparing and proposing sourcing activities
• Updating stock records accordingly
• Onboarding (evaluation and approval) of suppliers
• Ensuring imports are organized with relevant customs requirements

Our requirements

• A degree in logistics, economics or supply chain management or related field
• 1-2 years of work experience in administration and service preferred but not required
• Working knowledge of MS Office skills
• Very good command of English language; other languages skills will be an asset
