Customer Service Representative

A significant player in the Hungarian cutting tool market, is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining contact with existing customers
• Taking orders, invoicing
• Supporting the work of area representatives
• Handling customer quotations
• Continuously tracking orders
• Handling complaints
• Managing mail
• Preparing and organizing events
Professional requirements:
• Minimum secondary education
• Experience in a similar role
Skill requirements:
• HUNGARIAN is a must (written and spoken)
• Communicative English skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused attitude
• Proactivity, positive outlook
• Good conflict resolution skills
• Reliability, ability to handle workload
• Computer skills, MS Office
Preferred but not required:
• Knowledge of any ERP system and Technical orientation
