Customer Journey Process Owner (globally flexible location)

Are you passionate about customer experience and eager to make a difference? At Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions we’re looking for a Customer Journey Process Owner to take ownership of this important area and lift it towards new heights!

Your mission
In this position, you own the process of collecting and analyzing customer feedback – developing systematic methods for gathering data, analyzing responses, and acting on insights. Your role is crucial in prioritizing the right actions and supporting implementation. By packaging insights in a clear and pedagogic way and communicating them to divisional management teams and sales departments, you enable actions that drive key results across our business. The challenge lies in encouraging the organization to think outside the box and create clear strategies and activities for making the most of our highly valued customer feedback.

The location is flexible between any of our hubs worldwide, and you report to our management in Stockholm.

Your profile
We’re looking for someone with an academic degree and experience in consultative and strategic work, preferably in business development. Most important though, is that you have an interest in exploring and analyzing data and finding improvements and solutions based on it. You have the ability to simplify complex problems and present them in a motivating way and are fluent in English.

You possess strong analytical skills and a passion for motivating and engaging groups. You excel at creating structure and following up on actions, and you have an enthusiastic and consultative approach. Your expertise in creating engagement and understanding the importance of customer feedback for the business is essential.
