Regional Sales Manager

Cimatron provides toolmakers with an integrated CAD/CAM solution for the design and manufacture of plastic injection molds and sheet metal stamping dies, as well as programming 2.5X to 5X milling CNC machines. Created with the toolmaker in mind, it provides intelligent automation that complements the toolmaker’s skills to deliver the highest quality tools while compressing production time and cost.

The Role As a regional sales and marketing manager you will be responsible to develop sales within your area managing both direct and indirect sales and technical marketing for our Cimatron CAD/CAM product.

Job Title: Regional sales and marketing manager (Cimatron)

Based: South East Asia - flexible location

Areas of responsibility:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing revenue in the region
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the respective region
  • Implement the business plan and set the sales team and marketing message at the right pace of the growth to ensure profitability targets
  • Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team and resellers and partners in the respective region
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships through partnering with them and understanding their needs by building trust quickly
  • Strong ability to identify and solve problems locally
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status within South East Asia perimeter

Main Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in CAD/CAM business in Asia
  • Proven ability to effectively navigate to and communicate with key decision-makers to close sales, and create technical marketing messages to the mold, tool, and die community
  • Experience negotiating and understanding complex sales
  • Experience from working in a multi-cultural, international company
  • Fluent proficiency in English
  • Highly organized and structured
  • Active communications with local media focused on mold, tool, and die community
  • A true team player, motivated by being part of a growing company
  • High integrity, accuracy, and efficiency in business development missions
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; ability to interface and gain trust cross-functionally.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
