Order Desk Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Handle order processing which includes preparing of quotations, order entry, purchasing, invoicing & price updating.
  • Assist with accounting tasks, month-end and year-end closing, which include maintaining general ledger and preparing PL & BS reports in timely and accurate manner.
  • Liaise with external auditors for Year-End audits.
  • Assist in routine accounting support and other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

  • LCC level 3 /Degree/ in accounting.
  • Minimum 5 years’ financial reporting experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office is MUST (Vlookup, PivotTable, etc).
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, independent, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle, multi-tasking.
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese (including Chinese typing) and English, conversational Mandarin.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
