Order Desk Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Handle order processing which includes preparing of quotations, order entry, purchasing, invoicing & price updating.
- Assist with accounting tasks, month-end and year-end closing, which include maintaining general ledger and preparing PL & BS reports in timely and accurate manner.
- Liaise with external auditors for Year-End audits.
- Assist in routine accounting support and other ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- LCC level 3 /Degree/ in accounting.
- Minimum 5 years’ financial reporting experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office is MUST (Vlookup, PivotTable, etc).
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, independent, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle, multi-tasking.
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese (including Chinese typing) and English, conversational Mandarin.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
