Tunnelling Sales Consultant Norway (B2B)

- full time, opportunity to work from home
- based in Norway (citizenship or permanent resident)
Your responsibilities
- In-depth analysis of the local tunnelling and geotechnical market
- Generation of sustainable and profitable sales volume in the region
- Acquisition of new customers and ongoing customer support
- Preparation of sales quotations in cooperation with the regional sales team
- Support of market-specific ground support product portfolio development (coated ground support systems – focus combination type bolts)
- Product placement and stakeholder management (designers, NFF, etc.)
- Regular stakeholder visits (clients, contractors, designers, owners, professional associations)
Our requirements
- Over 10 (ten) years’ experience in civil engineering, preferably with a contractor in underground construction – conventional Tunnelling
- University degree in civil engineering or a related discipline, alternatively, extensive working experience in Tunnelling (minimum 20 years)
- Member of the Norwegian Tunnelling Society (NFF)
- Knowledge of local market conditions by level of competitiveness as well as by level of credit exposure risk
- Sound discipline-specific knowledge required to provide technical advice to clients and other stakeholders: tunnelling and geotechnics (special foundations)
- Strong understanding of customer service
- Profound negotiation and mediation skills
- Very good MS Office skills
- Very good command of both Norwegian and English languages; other languages skills will be an asset
