At Sandvik Rock Processing solutions, we’re now looking for a VP Sales Area China to join us and contribute to our business development. Your mission:

As VP of Sales Area China, you will work towards driving sales and market share growth of crushing and screening. Your primary area of focus will be to lead the Sales team in developing key, strategic performance objectives; thriving to ensure a safe and sustainable workplace, driving organizational excellence and efficiencies to support business success.

The Main Responsibilities are:

  • Drive China crushing & screening growth that encompasses compliance and governance to further strengthen our leading market position.

  • Develop and execute sales growth strategy for targeted segments/industries with a focus on the aftermarket growth.

  • Transform the sales growth strategy into actionable plan and lead the team to achieve the set objectives.

  • Build a strong and competent sales workforce for the future market demand.

  • Manage the distributors effectively and compliantly to support our strategic plan.

  • Keep a close watch on the market dynamics, trends and keep key stakeholders posted on the local market development, especially competitor activities.

  • Maintain close relationship with key customers and keep the customer satisfaction continuously at a high level.

  • Manage and control the overall forecast, cost, AR, inventory to make sure the local sales run in a cost effective and sustainable way.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor degree on mechanic, engineering etc

  • Sales management and people management experience 10+ years

  • Industrial experience in mining, infrastructure, machinery with project business

  • Strong leadership skills with high integrity

  • Big picture mind and self-driven

  • Good communication skills, proficient in English

  • Be resilient under challenging situations.
