Are you excited about the opportunity to join a passionate, energetic, and innovative team as a Sales Engineer in North Hungary?


As a Sales Engineer at Dormer Pramet, your role will revolve around promoting and selling our innovative range of cutting tools. You will be responsible for aligning the development strategy with the local business plan to bolster our market presence. Your duties will include growing business with existing end-users and distribution customers, providing technical advice, and ensuring timely issue resolution. You'll collaborate with existing distribution networks, identify potential new business opportunities, and engage new customers in your territory. Managing existing accounts and supporting Sales Management with accurate forecasts, budgets, and targets are also part of your responsibilities.

  • Engineering background and product knowledge.

  • Sales experience with metal cutting tools or machine tools.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.

  • Organized and outstanding negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage customer requests within a global organization.

  • Strong customer relationship-building skills, experience on acquiring new customers, developing, and retaining them.

  • Proven track record in delivering business results.

  • Proficiency with Office 365 digital tools.

  • Strong communication skills in Hungarian and English, both verbal and written.

  • Willingness to travel (estimated 80%) based on business needs.

  • Clean driver's license.
