CSSR
To act as first point of contact for customers from enquiry to order / cash collection. To work closely with the sales team and support them to achieve sales objectives and improve the sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manage and develop existing business in line with customer segmentation, rules and procedures.
Your Profile
Expands skills in own work area. Maintains appropriate licenses, training and/or certifications, as needed. Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work within our area of expertise. Works within standard operating procedures. Works with a moderate degree of supervision.
Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with others in the discipline.
Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established options.
Use assigned methods, tools and processes. Contribute to sharing of best practice within own area.
Uses communication skills to exchange information.
3 - 4 years in a Customer Service environment.
