Business Process Expert - Finance
Dormer Pramet is looking for a Business Process Expert, Finance.
The role
The Business Process Expert, Finance is responsible for developing, communicating and supporting in implementing processes and solutions that support a compliant and efficient handling of Financial processes in Dormer Pramet. This role will be focused on the OneWay implementation as a member of the global project team, working closely with Sales and Production units, both within Dormer Pramet and in multiline units.
Key performance areas
Secures all processes are mapped, documented and properly managed based on a common way of working (owns blueprints)
Develops efficient processes with a focus on automation and digitalization for financial and where relevant connected systems in according to the Dormer Pramet OneWay blueprint
Supports Dormer Pramet and multiline units in communication expectations and needs, training and supporting before the implementation of OneWay and supports in realizing benefits after implementation
Ensures processes are optimized given legal requirement, integrations to other systems and interfaces
Trains finance teams in our legal and multiline units on relevant processes and identifies opportunities for improvements
Is responsible for keeping updated on new developments and applications to allow further improvement of processes
Drives the change, identifies gaps and coordinates local corrections or modifications of the global processes
Guarantees compliance with related policies, guidelines and procedures
Manages integration with other business processes
Coordinates work force in the project internal, external
Transfers experience back to the line organization
Is a member of the OneWay project team and is the Finance process expert
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience from Finance management and controlling. Experience from change management and major projects is a plus
Relevant Bachelor's degree
Financial principles, rules and processes - Thorough knowledge about financial accounting, processes and principles to support and improve compliance and performance
Has solid knowledge of SAP
Ways of working - has a proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude. Can identify and suggest improvements to financial processes. Challenges established ways of working. Standardizes local processes to create a global framework and efficiencies
Is at ease working in a truly global, managing and bringing out the best from cultural, timezone and ways of working differences
Supports and drive others through coaching, facilitation of teams, and making change happen, project leadership knowledge
Communication skills - Influencing others by well-structured presentations, training material and other communication; adapting to the receiver, being a good listener. Good written and spoken English
