To be prepared for this, and to ensure that our expertise is aligned with our customer needs, we’re now looking for a talented OTD Resolution Specialist for Mexican market.
In this position, your overall mission is to provide world class customer service experience resolving complex Order-to-Delivery tasks and issues escalated up by 1st Line Support during various stages of the order entry and post-sale cycle, related to Order Monitoring, Logistics, Expedites and Export activities.
To secure proper resolution of cases you involve relevant stakeholders and interface with Technical Support Specialists and global process owners and experts, collaborating with 1st Line Support to hit the established SLA.
You provide solutions on order issues, partnering with our Distribution Centers on order fulfillment and reallocation of sales orders.
Dealing with Logistics issues, you proactively follow up all deviations and escalate urgencies to secure promised delivery time or to arrange corrective actions.
You take full ownership of export tasks to efficiently administer goods movement across international borders and customs, in compliance with relevant local and international customs laws and processes. It implies preparation and review of import/export documents (customs declarations, purchase orders), and securing SED (shipper's export declaration), BOL (bill of lading), AWD (air waybill), IC (import certificate) to fulfill all legal requirements. You ensure that all documents including invoices are accurate in accordance with physical shipment, quantities, value of goods and other regulatory requirements.
We’re looking for someone with a Customer Service experience or aptitude, possibly gained in a global industry, and a proven knowledge of export activities, including legal requirements. You know how to create relationships and to communicate positively with different stakeholders and to efficiently collect relevant information, with high accuracy in dealing with details and regulatory documentation.
You have logistic and stock management knowledge, and problem solving mindset to handle urgent delivery issues under in a demanding environment.
The role is oriented to people with Bachelor’s degree (preferable) or relevant qualifications in Business Administration or Engineering.
As we work in an international setting, you have excellent skills in English, both written and verbal.
You have a disposition in digital applications, with excellent computer skills and good experience in ERP system SAP and Microsoft 365.
