The position would directly report to Planning & Inventory Control Manager, below please refer to the job description:

Key performance areas:

Adhere to all Sandvik EHS policies and procedures.

Order Management:

1) Take responsibility for all new product aspects: price and quotation management, NP phase in management, Voyager &NPI management.

2) Sales price management.

3) Receive order from global Planner/Buyer or local sales buyer.

4) Order credit, category and RAD and special request check.

5) Facilitate special order review following the review process and track the process.

6) Confirm the order delivery with production planner and send order acknowledgement to customer.

7) Regular tracking and review order fulfilment.

8) Enter the order into 3 shift system to release order to production planner for production schedule.

9) Track the order production status and keep closely communication with stakeholders.

10) Make sure on time delivery and OTR improvement.

11) Daily customer support on delivery, transportation, quality and special requisition such as re-work etc.

Rolling Up Forecast:

1) Regularly review and collect sales information with global and local salesman based on forecast information review scorecard.

2) Regional historical sales data analysis for actual sales tendency and difference between forecast and actual sales.

3) Rolling up forecast analysis and modification.

4) Regular monthly loading communication meeting with global planning team.

Delivery Management

1) Weekly delivery plan and weekly updating for shipping documents.

2) Work with warehouse to control and manage finish goods accuracy and inventory level.

3) Order delivery and shipping documents management.


1) Timely update the internal information through worksheet and document.

2) Other assigned work by Manager.

Your profile:

1) Gender/Age: N/A.

2) Language Skill: Fluent Mandarin and English.

3) Diploma/Degree: Bachelor or above.

4) Major: International Trade, Logistics related.

5) Above 3 years work experience in related fields.

6) Ideally in mechanical manufacturing industry.

7) Ability to manage warehouse goods by Aurora or SAP.

8) Familiar with Customs and CIQ laws and regulation.

9) PC skills, Aurora, or SAP experience.

As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and one with lot of initiative, courage and integrity and a business minded, result oriented attitude. You also have strong communication skills and can work in an English environment.
