PROCESS SUPPORT SPECIALIST

The Logistics Transformation function within division Parts and Services Logistics is responsible for supply chain engineering – developing processes to become a best-in-class supply chain organization and to improve our customers’ productivity and success. We are now looking for a new Process Support Specialist with a focus on warehousing, Blue Yonder WMS (Discrete) configuration process documentation and training. Your mission – building a world class supply chain and identifying improvement opportunities

In this position, you support our senior process owners in process design and implementation, and you act as a subject matter expert in your field of expertise. You also support and train logistics operations around the globe, and audit processes and documentation to ensure adherence to our common ways of working. Managing process changes is part of your responsibility, as is requesting IT changes and conducting user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you need to be a specialist in warehousing processes, within a WMS managed environment with a preference for knowledge in Blue Yonder WMS (Discrete). You use your knowledge and experience to support the WMS-TMS project core team in configuring and testing the WMS. A large portion of your work is done participating in and sometimes leading projects.

The location is in Chicago, US. Frequent global travel is required.

Your character – service-minded organizer with a passion for problem solving and people

We are looking for someone with at least five years’ experience from Supply Chain Management, and from working in a cross-cultural environment. You have successfully handled change management and are skilled in training and coaching stakeholders as a subject matter expert. Experience from the Blue Yonder WMS warehouse management system (Discrete) is essential, and knowledge in S21 DI, Aurora, and SAP 4/HANA as well as proficiency in Office 365 are advantageous. As we operate across international borders, you must have excellent skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
