Flow Manager - Warehouse and Warehouse Support (Short Products)

BRIEFLY ABOUT THE JOB
You’re responsible for the warehouse flow for our short products (including Inbound and Returns, Stockroom 12 Support and Unloading) and you lead a team of 18 people, a mix of workers and staff, with the mission to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries. You safeguard this department’s short-term development of the process when it comes to cost efficiency, productivity, accessibility, capacity, delivery precision, lead times and quality. Naturally, you’re responsible for our continuous improvement on both short and long term, and you embrace the digital shift we’re in.

You like working closely with others and have the ability to get everyone onboard when it’s time for new initiatives and changing conditions. Flexibility and structure are key features in your way of working, and this makes it easy for you to keep track of the all the various tasks and matters presented to you.
WHAT YOU ALSO NEED FOR THIS JOB
- A strong background and practical skills in logistics
- Well-developed knowledge of logistics systems and supply chain management
- A couple of years’ experience from working in a leading position
- Good communication skills in English and Swedish, verbally and in writing
- A relevant university degree and knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA may be of good use
